Good evening, Wildcat family! State Testing begins at WES starting tomorrow and running through May 1st. The following are a some tips to improve your child's wellness during testing: 1.) Make sure your child is getting at least 8 hours of sleep the night before the test, free of any screens. 2.) Make sure your child is properly hydrated the night before the test and has a water bottle on testing days. 3.) Have your child eat a healthy meal balanced in proteins, carbs, and fruit/veggies the night before and morning of the test. Each testing day, WES will have a protein-filled breakfast available for students. Together, we've got this.
