KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION FOR 2021-2022- It is time to register your child for the 2021-2022 Kindergarten Class. He/she must be 5 years old before August 1, 2021. Registration will be held the week of April 6th-9th, 2021 from 8:00 am- 3:00 pm daily (anytime that week at your convenience.) This is a registration only and your child is not required to be here at this time. An appointment will be made for the screening process, which is scheduled for April 28th and 29th, 2021. Please bring your child’s birth certificate, shot records, Social Security card, and custody paperwork if this applies to you and/or your current situation. The child must have 5 DPT, 4 polio, 3 Hepatitis B, and 2 varicella (chickenpox) shots.
