The BB2C Career Mentor program matches local volunteers with middle school students. The goal of the Mentor program is to help students develop decision-making skills that will aid them throughout the rest of their school years and will help them when choosing a career path that fits their needs and interests.
The commitment for participating community members is 1 day a week throughout the school year. All mentors need to be trained by Building Bridges to Careers and become approved volunteers for the school district.
